Industrial Equipment Management RFID PCB Tag
RFID PCB tags are manufactured based on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and use FR4 substrates or flexible substrates (FPCs) to integrate micro antennas and chips. They have high precision, high temperature resistance (-40°C to +125°C) and anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics. They support HF or UHF frequency bands and are suitable for high-density scenarios such as industrial equipment tracking, electronic component management, smart instrument identification and medical instrument maintenance.

FEATURE
Durability: Resistant to wear and tear, suitable for use in harsh environments.
Flexibility: Made from flexible materials such as polyimide or other polymers, these tags can bend and conform to various shapes without losing functionality.
Durability: Despite their thinness and flexibility, they are designed to withstand environmental stresses including moisture, temperature variations, and mechanical strain.
Versatility: Can be used across different industries and applications due to their adaptable nature.
RFID PCB Tag is an ultra-thin radio frequency identification tag directly integrated into the circuit board. The antenna is made by PCB etching process and soldered to the surface of electronic equipment or industrial modules through SMT (surface mount technology). It is resistant to high temperature, chemical corrosion and metal interference. It is specially designed for PCBA production traceability, industrial equipment management and intelligent hardware identity identification, and is suitable for harsh production environments such as reflow soldering and wave soldering.
