Shenzhen ZD Technology Co., Ltd.  Sabah Team Building Tour Experience

  In order to enhance communication and team cohesion among colleagues, Shenzhen ZD Technology Co., Ltd.organized all employees to go to Sabah, Malaysia for a team building tour for several days. This trip not only allowed us to relax after intense work, but also deepened our understanding of each other through a variety of activities, leaving countless beautiful memories.

1. Close contact with nature-conquering Mount Kinabalu

  The first stop of the journey was the famous Mount Kinabalu. Although the climbing process was quite challenging, everyone encouraged each other and moved forward hand in hand. Every smile and cheering became the driving force for progress. When we stood on a high place and overlooked the beautiful scenery below the mountain, the sense of accomplishment and the joy of teamwork were beyond words. This experience made us deeply realize that at work, just like during the climb, unity and cooperation are more important than fighting alone.

2. Explore the underwater world-Sipadan Island diving experience

   In Sipadan Island, everyone experienced diving and snorkeling activities. The clear water, colorful corals and fish make every colleague feel like they are in a fairytale underwater world. Some colleagues were a little nervous because it was their first time to go into the sea, but with the encouragement of their coaches and partners, they gradually relaxed and enjoyed it. This spirit of mutual help is the true embodiment of the culture of the Zhengdong Technology team.

3. Rainforest Adventure-Walk into the Pristine Tanse Island

  In order to experience the charm of Sabah's original ecology, we also went to the Tanse Island Reserve for a rainforest hiking adventure. On the way, we met rare animals such as proboscis monkeys and orangutans, and everyone was excited. Especially when crossing the mud and streams, everyone supported and reminded each other. This tacit cooperation in nature also made us understand the importance of collaboration in the workplace.

4. Sabah Culture and Food Experience

  In addition to the natural scenery, Sabah's rich and colorful culture and food are also impressive. We visited local traditional villages, learned about the lifestyle of the indigenous people, and personally experienced their traditional dances. In addition, fresh seafood, special satay skewers, nasi lemak and other delicacies also made everyone feast, and there was constant laughter on the table.

5. Warm collective memories

  On the last night of the trip, the company specially arranged a beach bonfire party. Everyone gathered around the bonfire and talked about the gains and feelings of the trip. There were also talent shows and small games. The atmosphere was warm and warm. This night, laughter and the sound of waves blended together, becoming the warmest page in the collective memory of Zhengdong Technology.

  This trip to Sabah is not only a relaxing trip, but also an excellent opportunity to strengthen communication and enhance cohesion.
